Responsibilities

  • Annotate images of oilseed rape embryos using VLC software.
  • Understand biological features relevant to embryo classification.
  • Collaborate with the research team to ensure annotation consistency and quality.
  • Assist in preparing datasets for model training and validation.

Qualifications

  • Interest in plant biology, computer vision, or data science, machine learning, AI model development.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow annotation guidelines.
  • Basic familiarity with image annotation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
