Responsibilities

  • You act as trusted advisor and coach of leadership teams in all HR, leadership and personnel matters.
  • You drive high-impact HR initiatives and encourage leadership to think and act strategically on critical people topics.
  • You are the bridge between the local team and the global organization, building strong relationships with a broad network of senior business and HR stakeholders.
  • You show a strong interest in understanding the business context, translate these insights into a pragmatic but impactful HR action plan and advise your leaders accordingly.
  • You follow up employees in their career lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, internal mobility, personal development, exit).
  • You provide critical analysis of HR data or HR-related questions, challenge requests and identify underlying needs to offer strategic, future-proof solutions.
  • You foster cultural awareness and act as a skilled mediator in a highly diverse and multicultural environment.

Qualifications

  • You have a Master’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of HR experience in a global, matrix-driven organization.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English enables you to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
  • You possess a proven ability to prioritize and operate at both strategic and operational levels, making a tangible impact.
  • You excel in insight-led decision-making, driving meaningful initiatives forward.
  • Your professional maturity is reflected in your diplomatic and forward-thinking approach, focusing on pragmatic solutions.
  • You have strong conceptual thinking skills that allow you to constructively challenge leadership and build trust-based partnerships.
  • Your interpersonal skills enable you to build relationships and influence across cultures.
  • You radiate positivity and resilience, contributing to a vibrant workplace culture.
